Terms of use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply when you use 123Paste at 123paste.com (the "service"). The service is run by SAYITFRAMED LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16461282) ("we", "us"). By using 123Paste you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What 123Paste is

123Paste is a free, temporary online clipboard. You paste text, a link or a command and get a three-word address. Anyone who knows those three words can open the paste, as many times as they like, until it is deleted automatically 30 minutes after it was created. There are no accounts, and you can't make a paste private.

2. Keep secrets out

Three-word addresses are designed to be easy to share, not secret. Please don't paste passwords, access tokens, bank details or other sensitive information. You use 123Paste for that kind of information at your own risk.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use 123Paste.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use 123Paste to create, share or link to anything that:

You also must not try to guess or harvest other people's pastes, get round our rate limits or security, use bots to overload the service, or use 123Paste as an anonymous messaging system.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you paste and are responsible for it. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone with the three-word address, only for as long as needed to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Our rights to act

We may remove any paste, block access to the service, or block particular links or users at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms or the law are being broken or the service is at risk. We may report illegal content to the police or other authorities.

7. Reporting abuse

If you see a paste that breaks these terms, email privacy@123paste.com with its three words. Pastes expire within 30 minutes, so please report quickly. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.

8. Links to other sites

Pastes often contain links. We show the full destination before you open one, but we don't control or check other websites and aren't responsible for them. Only open links from people you trust.

9. The service is provided "as is"

123Paste is free. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that a paste will be retrievable. Don't rely on it as your only copy of anything. We may change, suspend or stop the service at any time.

10. No liability

123Paste is a free service and you use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. That includes lost or exposed content, lost data, business or profit, and anything you do with links or text you receive through it.

The only exceptions are the few things the law doesn't allow anyone to exclude, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using 123Paste after a change, the new terms apply.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard in its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
